Not long now

In a few days time some of the PlaneTalking crew will be off to Terminal 5 at Heathrow for a trip Stateside.

From what we have heard it is a slick operation there now so hopefully bags will not go amiss.

We will up date you on how everything goes and let you know what the flight is like. In the past we have had great service on board, the best when we all had ice creams with the crew on the flight deck as we flew over the Atlantic.

These days any problems with a "flight" for passengers are usually before they even get inside an aircraft. The attitudes of some airline check-in staff can put a dampener on a trip before you even get you rpassport out. This was the case for us last year when we headed off to Cape Town with Virgin Atlantic. As we approached the check-in for Premium Economy we were questioned by one of the rudest men I have had the pleasure to talk to at Heathrow. It puts you in a bad mood a good few hours before you get to your seat and its these sor tof things you remember about a trip. In our case when we did board the plane the crew couldn't have been any better.

Anyway best go and pack - chat soon.
