How hard can it be..?

I am doing less than 5mph and I'm trying to avoid a tree branch - the steering has a few seconds delay at this speed so it's bow thruster time! With something that is not only as big as but also costs the same as a house I feel safer in the open water at higher speeds.
Come back lobster pots all is forgiven...
Time to hand back to the professional and I'll take in the sights!

Sea to river

Slowing down to 5 knots as we enter the River Dart.
Now the hard work starts.

Watch out

Not the best picture but I was trying to avoid a lobster pot which you may just make out.
I have it trimmed and it seems the faster you go the easier it is ti steer...it's just you burn at least a gallon a mile!

I would say louder than being on an Airbus

As we fly out of the bay and head out into the English Channel it seems like we are doing some speed...
Having checked the GPS it seems that 17mph can seem faster on the water....
